Interior CAD & Visualization Specialist (Workplace Design)

Conexus Studio is seeking an Interior CAD & Visualization Specialist with strong drafting and 3D visualization skills, focusing on workplace interior design projects.
(Please note: This position is for workplace/office projects only – not residential or hospitality design.)

Responsibilities :

• Produce accurate and detailed drawings (floor plans, RCP, cabinetry, elevations, sections, interior layouts) using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Develop 3D models and realistic renderings with Enscape / V-Ray / B5 for design presentations.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to translate workplace concepts into construction-ready documentation.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Communicate design ideas clearly with team members and clients, both verbally and through technical drawings (English proficiency required).

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in workplace/office interior design projects (not residential/hospitality).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (must-have).
• Strong rendering skills with Enscape, V-Ray, or B5 (will be considered a strong advantage).
• Good command of English (spoken, written, and technical drawing communication).
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
