BIM Modeler, BIM Specialist – Landscape Architecture

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Develop and refine BIM models for landscape architecture projects.

·       Coordinate with the design team to ensure BIM data is accurate and complete.

·       Manage model data according to BIM standards and the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

·       A minimum of 3 years of experience in a BIM-related role (Intermediate Level).

·       Proficiency in using software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.

·       Strong understanding of BIM principles, including LOD (Level of Development), BEP, IFC, and the Thailand BIM Guideline standards.

·       Be able to use English Communication is a plus

·       Candidates with proficiency in Dynamo or Land F/X will be given special consideration.
