Creative Senior / Associate Landscape Architect

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture, Interior Design, or a related creative field.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex, international-standard projects.

Design Artistry: A highly creative individual with a strong artistic sense, staying ahead of lifestyle trends and unique design movements.

Conceptual Excellence: Expertise in narrative and conceptual design. Ability to produce high-quality Conceptual package booklet that combine deep site analysis with compelling visual storytelling.

Project Portfolio: Proven experience in Luxury Resorts, Hotels, Hospitality, High-end Residential, and Urban Masterplans. Direct experience coordinating with consultants for 5-star branded resorts is a significant advantage.

Technical Proficiency:  2D and 3D software such as  SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop,AutoCAD, InDesign, Enscape,Lumion..etc 
– Experience using AI tools for idea generation is a plus.

Visual Communication: Strong hand-drawn sketching skills and the ability to translate ideas into impactful communication graphics.

Communication & Presentation: Good English and Thai communication 
– Confident in presenting design concepts to clients and coordinating effectively with external consultants.

Work Style: A fast-paced multi-tasker with a positive, friendly attitude. You should be a collaborative team player who works seamlessly alongside other Senior Designers.
