ARCHITECTURAL EXECUTIVE (Proficiency in REVIT)

Job Summary:

To support the team in the development and documentation of drawings, while actively contributing design inputs and collaborating closely with team leads to ensure design intent is effectively translated into coordinated and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of design concepts under the guidance of senior leadership.
• Work closely with team leads to translate design intent into REVIT drawings, models, and presentations.
• Produce and develop architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and in compliance with office standards and project requirements.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in problem-solving, design development, and task execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Strong foundational knowledge of architectural design principles and documentation.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design.
• Experience in working on complex or large-scale projects (e.g., mixed-use, commercial, or retail developments) will be advantageous.
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary coordination and fast-paced project environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Revit (BIM knowledge is essential).
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and presentation preparation.
• Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, and Grasshopper for 3D modeling and parametric design.
• Exposure to AI-based design tools or emerging digital workflows will be considered a plus.
• Strong graphic, communication, and organizational skills.
