HAS Design and Research, established by architects Jenchieh Hung and Kulthida Songkittipakdee, is an internationally recognized architectural practice based in Bangkok and Shanghai. The studio operates at the intersection of architecture, culture, and urban research, advancing a distinctive design philosophy grounded in contextual intelligence and material experimentation. Through original concepts such as Chameleon Architecture, MANufAcTURE, and Improvised Architecture, Jenchieh Hung + Kulthida Songkittipakdee / HAS Design and Research creates works that transcend typology—merging spatial innovation with social, environmental, and cultural relevance across Asia. Their portfolio spans religious and cultural buildings, public installations, and adaptive urban interventions, unified by a sensitivity to time, place, and atmosphere.
 
With a growing body of critically acclaimed work, Jenchieh Hung + Kulthida Songkittipakdee / HAS Design and Research has received numerous international honors, including The Chicago Athenaeum Museum’s International Architecture Award, Créateurs Design Award, Golden Trezzini Award, INDE.Award, LIT Lighting Design Award, and recognition in Wallpaper*’s Architects’ Directory. Their projects have been widely exhibited and published across Asia, Europe, and North America. Both architects Jenchieh Hung and Kulthida Songkittipakdee are active in academia as visiting professors at institutions such as Tongji University, Chulalongkorn University, and King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, contributing to architectural discourse and education. Through built work, research, and teaching, the firm continues to shape a forward-looking architectural identity for the region.

Qualification

ARCHITECT; Bangkok
(Must be proficient with Rhino + Vray)

_min. 2 years working experience in related Architectural Field
(Prefered working in one company at least a year)
_Look for a place to grow up with a passion for architecture
_ Well leading, patience, listening and organized
_Excellent design ability, presentation skills
_Clear thinker, self-driven
_Good work ethics and a strong sense of responsibility,good communicator, able to work collaboratively
_Dynamic and energetic, always curious about new things
_ Must be proficient with 3D modeling (Rhino + Vray) 
_2D program (Autocad / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Indesign)
_Bilingual in English and Thai

Junior ARCHITECT ; Bangkok
