1. Currently opened position for full time Architect (1 position)

2. Candidate’s qualification
2.1. Requires 0-4 years of Architectural working experience
2.2. Bachelor’s degree in Architectural (B. Arch)
2.3. Good skills in design and be able to contribute in every phase of design development
2.4. Good computer skills such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, BIM (Revit) and other project related software
2.5. A knowledge of Rhinoceros 3D is preferable
2.6. High responsibility, enthusiastic, able to work on deadlines, open minded and good team player
2.7. Good English communication skills. Skill in Japanese will be a plus
2.8. Able to travel domestic and or a short term over sea for office purpose
2.9. Capable to come across all work stages including monitoring and mentoring with less experience than oneself
2.10. Recruitment timeline September 26th ~ October 17th, 2025
2.11. Preferable start working period will begin around November.
