Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope delivery based on project contract.
• Monitor and manage project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables
• Monitor and manage billing accuracy, invoicing milestones, and payment follow-up
• Act as primary day-to-day client & consultants’ correspondence.
• Coordinate design, and technical issues, with internal and external teams.
• Prepare/ assist to prepare regional portfolio regular reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architect, Architecture or related field.
• 5–8 years managing design / consulting projects
• Strong project planning, commercial, and client skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
