FF&E Team Lead

The position requires strong leadership, deep FF&E knowledge, and hands-on involvement in complex or high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead, manage, and mentor the FF&E team
– Assign tasks, monitor workload, and ensure deadlines are met
– Review and approve FF&E selections, schedules, and documentation
– Provide guidance and training to junior and mid-level FF&E designers
– Oversee FF&E concepts to ensure alignment with design intent and brand standards
– Review material, furniture, lighting, and fabric selections for quality and suitability
– Ensure consistency across all FF&E deliverables and presentations
– Support the design team in key design decisions and client presentations
– Oversee preparation of FF&E schedules, specifications, and BOQs
– Coordinate with interior designers, architects, consultants, and project managers
– Ensure FF&E selections meet technical, functional, and site requirements
– Resolve design and coordination issues related to FF&E
– Manage FF&E budgets and control costs across projects
– Review and approve supplier quotations and value-engineering proposals
– Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on pricing, lead time, and production status
Conduct site reviews and quality inspections
