3D Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

– Create detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes. 
– Collaborate with interior designers to interpret design concepts and bring them to life through 3D visualizations.
– Develop and present high-quality 3D renderings for client presentations and design reviews.
– Utilize 3D software to produce accurate and detailed visual representations of design plans. 
– Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D design and interior design.
– Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining the highest standards of quality. 
– Assist in creating mood boards and design presentations as needed. 
– Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.

Qualifications:

– Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer with a focus on 3D design in the Hospitality sector.
– Proficiency in 3D design software/program such as 3ds Max, Corona, AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign.
– Strong understanding of design principles specific to the hospitality industry.
– Ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.       
– Strong attention to detail and creativity in translating client concepts into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs.
– Knowledge of interior design trends and best practices within the hospitality sector.
– Possesses a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure while consistently meeting project deadlines.
