Junior Architect

We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. At our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and healthcare spaces.

Responsibilities:

— Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
– Design Development: Develop creative design concepts and high-quality presentations (3D renderings and mood boards).
– Technical Documentation: Create detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and material specifications.
– Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure technical feasibility and project flow.
– Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure the design vision is accurately realized on-site.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
-0–2 years of professional experience (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
-Strong design sensibility and proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Enscape).
-Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Mindset: A team player who can also work independently and is eager to learn and grow professionally.
-Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing academic or professional architectural projects is required.

Welfare:

-Mid and End of the year bonus (0-6 months depends on individual performace)
-OT in weekend (Not much occurred)
