About the Role
Waranz Design Group is seeking experienced Interior Designers (3-5 years experience) who are passionate about design and ready to lead multiple high-end projects across a variety of styles — from Modern Contemporary and Classic, to Mid-Century and Super Ultra Luxury. Our team works closely with top-tier developers on projects ranging from showhouses, clubhouses, condominiums, serviced apartments, to luxury private residences of 400 sq.m.+

We’re looking for designers who can not only develop strong concepts, but also lead and close out design projects with confidence and detail.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Design Director to manage design development and coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Oversee 2–3 interior projects simultaneously from concept through to final delivery
Produce technical drawings using AutoCAD with proficient use of Layer Manager and Xref
Conduct FF&E selections, prepare material boards, and manage site inspections
Research and develop design details from the given brief and concept
Prepare compelling presentations using PowerPoint and Photoshop
Take ownership of design packages and ensure quality control throughout the process

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
3-5 years of working experience in interior design
Highly skilled in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
Able to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with internal and external teams
Experience working on developer-led projects is a strong advantage
Strong sense of style and the ability to work across multiple aesthetics (Modern, Classic, Mid-Century, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to project execution
