OPEN CALL: THE 2025 LIVE DESIGN DISCOURSE WORKSHOP IN SINGAPORE
ABOUT LIVE DESIGN DISCOURSE (LDD):
LDD is one of the Four-Nation activities, initiated since 2017 in collaboration with the architecture institutes of 4 countries consisting of ASA of Thailand, Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI), Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA), and Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM).
LDD aims to be a forum that brings together architecture students and young practitioners among alliance nations to encourage the exchange of knowledge, experience, and culture, and strengthen the bonds of architectural collaboration between the four countries through workshop camp.
A Mentor and 4 Students from each Member Institute Delegation will participate onsite, as well as a team of local experts. Participants will also have the opportunity to collaborate with international fellow students.

APPLICATION:
• 1 Mentor from architectural practitioner aged under 40 years old, talent for design, charismatic. Each Mentor must submit a report to ASA withing 2 weeks after the event.
• 4 Architectural students who enrolls in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of study in Thailand nationwide, shall represent Thailand as ASA official delegates to participate in this edition of Four-Nation Live Design Discourse Workshop.
• Participation at no cost. All Thailand delegates’ travel and accommodation cost will be covered by ASA.
• ASA invites you to submit a statement (max. 1000 words) of purpose in English, identifying objectives and goals for participation.
• Must submit a full Curriculum Vitae (not exceeding three pages), including a description of relevant working experience together with portfolio.

สมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (ASA) ขอเชิญชวนสถาปนิกรุ่นใหม่และนิสิตนักศึกษาคณะสถาปัตยกรรม เข้าร่วมสมัครโครงการการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมด้านสถาปัตยกรรม ประจำปี 2025 ภายใต้ชื่อโครงการ Live Design Discourse (LDD) 2025
เกี่ยวกับโครงการ LIVE DESIGN DISCOURSE (LDD)
LDD เป็นหนึ่งในกิจกรรมความร่วมมือระหว่าง 4 ประเทศ (Four-Nation Activities) ซึ่งริเริ่มขึ้นตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2560 โดยเป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันทางสถาปัตยกรรมจาก 4 ประเทศ ได้แก่
- สมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (ASA) ประเทศไทย
- Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI) ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย
- Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) ประเทศสิงคโปร์
- Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) ประเทศมาเลเซีย
วัตถุประสงค์ของ LDD คือการสร้างเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และวัฒนธรรมระหว่างนิสิตนักศึกษาและสถาปนิกเยาวชนในกลุ่มประเทศพันธมิตร เพื่อเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือด้านสถาปัตยกรรมระหว่างทั้งสี่ประเทศผ่านกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop Camp)
ผู้เข้าร่วมจากแต่ละสมาคมประกอบด้วย
- ที่ปรึกษา (Mentor) จำนวน 1 ท่าน
- นักศึกษาคณะสถาปัตยกรรม จำนวน 4 ท่าน
- รวมถึงจะมีทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญท้องถิ่นร่วมให้คำแนะนำ และเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ทำงานร่วมกับเพื่อนนักศึกษาจากนานาชาติอีกด้วย
กำหนดการและวันปิดรับสมัคร
- วันปิดรับสมัคร: 15 ตุลาคม 2025
- วันสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเบื้องต้น: 16 – 21 ตุลาคม 2025
- ประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับคัดเลือก: 21 ตุลาคม 2025
- ระยะเวลาการจัด Workshop: 5 – 9 พฤศจิกายน 2025

การสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ
- Mentor: ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 40 ปี มีความสามารถด้านการออกแบบ และมีบุคลิกที่โดดเด่น โดย Mentor ต้องจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่งให้สมาคมภายใน 2 สัปดาห์หลังสิ้นสุดกิจกรรม
- นักศึกษา: จำนวน 4 คน จากนิสิตนักศึกษาคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 3, 4 หรือ 5 จากมหาวิทยาลัยทั่วประเทศ จะได้รับคัดเลือกให้เป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทย (ASA Delegates) เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Four-Nation Live Design Discourse Workshop
- ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้าร่วม โดยสมาคมสถาปนิกสยามฯ จะรับผิดชอบค่าเดินทางและที่พักของผู้แทนประเทศไทยทั้งหมด
- ผู้สมัครต้องจัดทำ บทความแสดงวัตถุประสงค์การเข้าร่วม (Statement of Purpose) เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ความยาวไม่เกิน 1,000 คำ โดยระบุเป้าหมายและแรงบันดาลใจในการเข้าร่วมโครงการ
- แนบ ประวัติส่วนตัว (Curriculum Vitae) ความยาวไม่เกิน 3 หน้า พร้อมคำอธิบายประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และ แฟ้มผลงาน (Portfolio)
