We are appointing an Architect to lead project development at the operational level, ensuring disciplined coordination and rigorous execution of architectural intent. You will contribute directly to the advancement of projects, maintaining clarity, precision, and consistency from design development through construction documentation.
Responsibilities
– Project Development: Develop architectural designs from concept through construction documentation.
– Design Translation: Translate approved concepts into precise technical drawings and specifications.
– Coordination: Work closely with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure disciplined and seamless execution.
– Documentation: Produce and organize detailed drawings and material specifications with accuracy.
– Site Involvement: Participate in site visits to monitor progress and safeguard design quality.
– Team Collaboration: Work in close coordination with senior team members and contribute to the overall studio workflow.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
– 3–7 years of professional experience.
– Strong understanding of design development and construction documentation.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent software.
– Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities within a collaborative studio environment.
