About the Role
We are supporting the establishment of the Bangkok branch of Brandston Partnership Inc. (BPI) — an internationally recognized architectural lighting design consultancy founded in New York in 1966.
The Bangkok studio will focus primarily on high-end hospitality projects — luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences, and premium F&B environments across the region.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Draftsperson to support architectural lighting layouts and technical documentation. This role is essential in translating design intent into accurate, coordinated drawing packages.
This is an opportunity to grow within a design-led studio environment and contribute to international hospitality projects from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities | หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
– Prepare and develop lighting layout drawings in AutoCAD and Revit (if required)
– Assist designers in producing coordinated drawing packages
– Develop reflected ceiling plans (RCP), lighting details, and integration drawings
– Coordinate lighting layouts with architectural, interior, and MEP drawings
– Maintain drawing standards and file organization
– Support revisions during design development and site stages

– สนับสนุนทีมออกแบบในการจัดทำชุดแบบที่ประสานงานครบถ้วน
– จัดทำ RCP, รายละเอียดการติดตั้ง และแบบประสานงาน
– ประสานแบบกับงานสถาปัตยกรรม มัณฑนากรรม และระบบวิศวกรรม (MEP)
– ดูแลมาตรฐานแบบและการจัดการไฟล์งาน
– สนับสนุนการแก้ไขแบบในช่วงพัฒนาแบบและหน้างาน
Requirements | คุณสมบัติ
– 2–5 years’ experience in drafting (lighting, architectural, or related field)
– Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
– Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
– Good understanding of architectural drawings and coordination principles
– Detail-oriented and highly organized
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment
– English communication skills preferred
