Lead Interior Designer

Responsibilities :

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
• Develop innovative and thoughtful design solutions that align with project objectives.
• Create presentation materials (e.g., slides, design packages) to communicate ideas effectively to clients.
• Oversee design implementation, ensuring seamless integration into project documentation.
• Monitor design progression during construction to maintain design intent on-site.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage team schedules and project deliverables.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive project success and company growth.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties from time to time.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate office interior design.
• Strong knowledge of design detailing and construction processes.
• Proven skills in conceptual design and space planning.
• Ability to manage projects autonomously and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Expert in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Photoshop.
