FF&E Designer

Role Overview

Responsible for the development and execution of FF&E packages, ensuring alignment with project budgets, timelines, and design intent through close coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present FF&E selections, materials, and finishes.

• Produce FF&E specifications, BOQs, and documentation for tender and construction.

• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical data, pricing, and samples.

• Ensure compliance with project schedules and budget requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience (hospitality experience preferred).

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Strong knowledge of materials and specifications.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office (3D software is a plus).

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

• Portfolio submission is required (English resumes only).
