Senior Sales & Marketing

Responsibility:

–                      Enhance and maintain relationship with existing clients to ensure sustained patronage

–                      Establish and maintain relationship with influencers and key strategic partners

–                      Improve company branding and portfolio

–                      Research and contact potential clients to understand their requirements and secure deals

–                      Work together with Design Team to deliver pitches and presentations to clients

–                      Manage related sales document, e.g., proposal, BOQ, contract, etc., according to clients’   need

–                      Research the market, analyze competitors’ strategy to track industry trend

–                      Supervise, train and motivate Sales and Marketing Team

–                      Coordinate with others team to ensure project successfulness and customer satisfaction

–                      Setup sales target, short term and long term strategy to achieve the target

–                      Prepare sales reports and evaluate company’s performance

 

Qualifications and Skills

–                      Ability to work under pressure

–                      Pro-active and good listener

–                      Great written and verbal communication skills

–                      Attention to detail

–                      Superior organizational and time management skills

–                      Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

–                      Degree in Interior Design is preferable.
